🚨 Reminder: RUSH Scheduled Maintenance | March 16–17

Dear Valued Merchant,

This is a reminder that scheduled maintenance will take place on:

Date: March 16–17, 2026
Time: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM

During this window, all cloud-based RUSH services will be unavailable, including:

  • CMS (Content Management System) â€“ product/store updates, promotions, loyalty program updates, engagement features (SMS, email, push notifications)
  • Merchant App â€“ push notifications, promotions, rewards management
  • Customer App â€“ viewing promotions, redeeming rewards, personalized offers
  • Customer Web Portal â€“ redeeming rewards, account updates
  • GLife â€“ live campaigns, interactive promotions

What you need to do before the maintenance?

  • Complete any critical product or store updates in the CMS
  • Schedule or send time-sensitive campaigns (SMS, email, push notifications) in advance
  • Inform your team about the temporary unavailability of the Merchant and Customer Apps
  • Plan for any rewards redemptions or customer account updates ahead of time

All services will automatically resume once the maintenance window has been completed.
