Customers can track the delivery of their orders from both the Web Store and Customer App. This allows Customers to know the status or current location of their orders.
Please note that this feature only applies to Orders being delivered via Grab, booked directly from the RUSH Merchant App. Order tracking for deliveries booked through other third-party logistics apps or fulfilled using in-house delivery teams shall depend on the logistics providers’ order tracking capabilities.
To track from the Web Store:
- Go to the Web Store of the brand/branch you ordered from
- Login to your account and go to My Orders.
- From the Upcoming Orders menu, look for the order you want to track
- Click the ‘Track Delivery’ button
To track using the Customer App:
- Launch the Customer App and log in to your account.
- Go to My Orders
- From the Upcoming Orders menu, look for the order you want to track
- Click the ‘Track Delivery’ button
