# Send Surveys to your customers
## Sending surveys to your customers is a valuable way to gather feedback and improve their experience with your eStore function.
By listening to your customers' opinions and ideas, you can gain insights into their needs and preferences, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions about your products and services.
Introducing you to the process of creating a survey on CMS after availing the top-up:
### **Steps to Create a Survey:**
1. Go to the **Survey Module** in your CMS.
2. Click **+Survey**.
3. Fill out the required details:
- **Survey Title**
- **Survey Description**
- **Publish Survey** – Choose Yes or No
- **Duration** – Set the start and end date, and time (if needed)
- **Survey Rules:**
- **Require Users to Register/Login** – Choose Yes or No
- **Incentive Type** – Select if you want to give:
- Points
- Rewards
- None
- **Success Page:**
- **Thank You Message** – Add a short message for users after they submit the form.
- **Add Button** – Choose Yes if you want to include a button.
- **Button Name** – Label of the button
- **Button Link** – The URL where the button will redirect the user
4. Once done, click **Continue** to proceed.
***Available Actions:***
- ***Share Button** – Copy and share the survey link.*
- ***Export Button** – Export survey responses.*
- ***Download Button** – Download responses in .csv format.*
- ***Upload Button** – Upload survey responses in .csv format.*
- ***Settings Button** – Update the survey settings.*
- ***Pencil Button** – Edit survey questions and design.*
**Survey Tab**
When you click the **Pencil Button**, you’ll be taken to the Survey Question Tab.
**To create a page:**
- Click Create Page
- Add a Page Title
- Choose if you want to show the Previous Button (Yes or No)
- Click Create
**To add a question:**
- Click Add Question on the page you created.
*Question Types:*
- Contact details
- Open-ended
- Multiple choice
- Checkbox
- Dropdown
- Rating
- File upload
**Design Tab**
Customizing the design of your Survey Form
In the middle of your screen, the preview of the survey form will be displayed. Here’s how you can create or customize your survey form:
1. Set the background color
2. Change the button, border, and footer button colors
Choose button text color (white or black)
3. Set text alignment, color, font size, and font style for:
1. Survey title
2. Description
3. Thank you message
4. Upload images:
1. **Logo** – 185 x 60 px
2. **Banner** – 800 x 300 px
3. **Image** – 600 x 300 px
4. **Thank You Page Image** – 600 x 300 px
After making changes, click **Save**.
