WHAT'S NEW

IDLE SMS (CMS)

Unintentionally missed your new order notifications or skipped updating each order's status? With the new Idle SMS feature, your employees won't be missing updates anymore. Once your branch has gone idle, an automated SMS will be sent to your enrolled employees to alert them of branch inactivity and remind all needed order updates.

To enable this feature, head to the Store Module of your CMS, choose the appropriate Branch, enable the feature in the app, and select the idle time.

CUSTOMER DATABASE UPLOAD (CMS)

With this new feature, you can now upload an existing customer database without having your customers opt-in from the merchant or customer app!

To do this, simply upload the accomplished Customer Database CSV template, which is available under the Customers tab of your Customers module.
