Where to Find a Customer’s Current Points in CMS
Checking a customer’s current points allows you to view their real-time loyalty points balance in the CMS. This helps you confirm how many points they have earned and redeemed.
Follow this step-by step guide on how to check customer points balance:
- Log in to your CMS and then go to the Customers Module and click the Customers tab.
- Search for the 10-digit mobile number (without the 0 at the beginning) of the customer you want to check.
- Click the pencil icon at the right most part of your screen and then the specific customer profile will open.
- On the left side, you can view the customer’s summarized transactions with their transaction count, amount spent, current total points, points earned, and points redeemed.

That’s it! You can now easily check and verify any customer’s points balance in real time.
