[eStore Mobile App](https://help.rush.ph/knowledge/customer-channels#estore-mobile-app) # How to Delete a Customer Account? ## Allow customers to delete their personal information and unsubscribe from promotional offers directly in your app. They simply need to follow these instructions in order to do so: 1. They must first input their 4-digit PIN and mobile number to log into their account. 2. Next, select Settings. 4. Finally, select "Delete Account." A confirmation question asking if they really intended to delete their account will appear on your customer's screen.
