Basic Transaction-Related Data

CMS Analytics dashboard offers businesses a module that summarizes the basic transaction-related data and trackable metrics.

This module allows you to see all the transactions where your customers earn and burn points:

  • Total Points Earned – Loyalty points earned by all your customers.
  • Total Points Burned – Points redeemed or used by your customers.
  • Total Redemption – Number of times customers redeemed points.
  • Average Points Earned per Customer – Average points earned per customer.
  • Average Points Burned per Customer – Average points redeemed per customer.
  • Average Redemption per Customer– Average value redeemed per customer.

  • Lifetime Number of Points - total number of loyalty points accumulated by all customers since the launch of the rewards program
  • Lifetime Number of Transactions - total number of qualifying transactions that have contributed to the earning or redemption of loyalty points throughout the lifetime of the program
  • Lifetime Breakage -  total number of points that were earned but never redeemed before expiring or being forfeited
  • Average Points Earned per Transaction - average number of points customers earn each time they complete a qualifying transaction
  • Average Points Earned per Customer - total number of points earned divided by the number of participating customer
  • Total Spend (Total Rewards Value in PHP) - total monetary value (in Philippine pesos) of transactions associated with the rewards program
  • Average Peso to Redeem - average amount (in PHP) a customer must spend to be eligible for a reward redemption
  • Average Spend (Average Rewards Value per Transaction in PHP)- average monetary value (in PHP) of transactions where rewards were earned or redeemed
  • Average Points to Redeem - average number of loyalty points required for a customer to redeem a reward

Brand Transactions - This section shows how many reward-earning transactions were recorded for a specific brand, broken down by customer spending tiers — Light, Medium, and Heavy. It also shows the corresponding total peso amount earned per tier

  • Top Members (Transactions) – customers with the most loyalty-earning transactions; your most engaged members
  • Top Members (Points Earned) - customers who earned the most loyalty points; often high spenders and most loyal
  • Top Channels (Transactions) – branches with the most loyalty-related transactions; shows where engagement is highest

Reward Performance– Highlights the most frequently redeemed rewards by customers, showing the number of redemptions, redemption rate, total value in PHP, and overall reward cost in PHPreward-performance

Brand Sales - Tracks transaction volume and the total revenue generated

Voucher Performance - Displays the most redeemed vouchers and their total redemption countvoucher-performance

Rewards Redemption - shows the total redemptions of loyalty rewards within a chosen time range (day, week, or month)
