Customer Journey Experience
Setting up SMS Broadcasting in CMS:
- Go to the Engagement module
- Click Create Broadcast > enable SMS Broadcast
- Provide the content details for your broadcast, including the link to the survey
- Click the Continue button
- Add a Broadcast Title
- Select your Audience — you can send the broadcast to all customers or choose specific segments by creating a Target Segment in the Customer module > Target Segment tab.
- Set your Publish Date and Time
- Click the Publish or Save as Draft button
To create a survey using your CMS, follow the steps in this link.
Once your survey is ready, go to the Survey module and click the Share button to generate a shareable link. You can then include the survey link in your SMS broadcast!
