Go to the **Engagement** module 2. Click **Create Broadcast** \> enable **SMS Broadcast** 3. Provide the **content details** for your broadcast**, including the link** to the survey 4. Click the **Continue** button - Add a **Broadcast Title** - Select your **Audience** — you can send the broadcast to all customers or choose specific segments by creating a Target Segment in the Customer module \> Target Segment tab. - Set your **Publish Date and Time** 5. Once your survey is ready, go to the **Survey** module and click the **Share** button to generate a shareable link.
