Available Settings and Modules for Loyalty

Get to know the features available with your Loyalty subscription in the RUSH CMS. The email you used to sign up is automatically given access to your main CMS account.

At the upper-right corner of your screen, click the drop-down arrow beside your name to access:

  • RUSH Academy – Complete your eStore setup

  • My Plan – View your subscription details

  • Account Settings

  • Activity Logs – Track user actions on your CMS

  • Log Out – Safely exit your account



RUSH Academy

Complete the steps to finish your eStore's basic setup and unlock additional settings or modules





My Plan

When you select My Plan, you can quickly access your Plan Details. This section gives you full visibility and control over your current plan.

Here, you can view:

  • Plan Details – Check your subscription info, next billing date, running total and
  • Manage Subscription – Cancel your plan by entering a reason and confirming your choice

  • Billing History – Track past payments and their statuses

  • Add Payment Method – Your primary card will be billed automatically. If you're on Xendit, you can change your payment details.



Account Settings

Where you can manage the basic functions and settings of your CMS account. Here's a quick guide:

  • My Profile Tab – Update key business details such as your company information, authorized representative, and billing details

  • Terms & Conditions Tab – Clearly define the rules of your eStore to set clear expectations with customers and ensure transparency and legal compliance

  • Users Tab – Add employees to help manage your store:

    • Click + New User > Enter their info > Assign permissions > Credentials will be sent to their email

  • Security Tab – Change your own password anytime for better security

  • Documents Tab – Upload key business requirements such as your government-issued ID and bank details to ensure smooth processing of billing and payouts





Activity Logs

This is where you can check and monitor actions done by you or any of your sub-users 


Analytics Module

This allows you to view a summary of your business performance in terms of sales, customer acquisition, engagement, and rewards programs.

Design Module

You can change the look and feel of your front-end channels through this module. From here, you can:

  • Web Tab – Customize the basic design theme for your website and other channels

  • Advanced Settings Tab – Edit your web branding and fine-tune the small details of your website



Program Module

 

This module allows you to gamify your loyalty offers. Set rewards, define earning rules, and apply limits through the following tabs:

 

  • Achievements Tab – Reward customers with badges when they reach specific milestones in your business.

 

  • Points Tab – Set how customers earn points and define the exchange rate for your loyalty program.

 

  • Guidelines Tab – Explain how your loyalty program works. List the mechanics so customers know how to earn and use points.

 

  • Capping Tab – Limit how many points can be earned per transaction or used. You can also set notifications when customers earn, use, or transfer points.

 




Store  Module

This module allows you to manage your list of brands, branches, and employees. Employees enrolled here will automatically receive user access to the RUSH Merchant App.

From this module, you can:

  • Organization Tab - Upload, edit, and delete brands and branches
  • Employee Tab - Enroll employees and assign them to their respective branches

Rewards Module

This module allows you to list the items or services that registered customers can redeem using their earned points. From here, you can:

  • Create and edit rewards for your loyalty program
  • Monitor the inventory and availability of rewards







Customers Module

This module allows you to access customer data and create target segments. You can also import or export customer and transaction data. Once exported, the file will be sent to your CMS-registered email.

Here, you can view:

  • Transaction History Tab – View a record of a customer's interactions with your loyalty program.

  • Customers Tab – See how many customers have registered and redeemed points from your loyalty program. You can edit customer profiles here, but note that name, mobile number, and email address cannot be edited.

  • Feedback Tab – Read customer feedback and send one-way replies. This shows that you value customer input and are open to service improvements. 
    • Note: This feature is only available to merchants with the Customer App.

  • Target Segment Tab – Create target segments for engagement activities and send broadcasts to specific customers via SMS, email, or in-app messages.





Engagement Module

This module allows you to connect with your registered customers about new promos or updates related to your Loyalty program.

  • Broadcasting Tab – Promote your offers through in-app notifications, SMS, or email broadcasts.

  • News and Pop-Up Tab – Run announcements and pop-ups that appear on your channels.

  • Notifications Tab – Alert customers when they need to take action or acknowledge updates from your Loyalty program.
