Basic Troubleshooting Steps for OrderPoint

If the OrderPoint RUSH Merchant app on your Urovo device isn’t working properly—such as freezing, crashing, not opening, or running slower than usual—you can try the troubleshooting steps below.

Important Note: Uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your own may disrupt how the app works, as a backend reinstallation is required from our side. While this step can sometimes resolve persistent issues, we strongly do not recommend doing it yourself.

If you believe this step is necessary, please reach out to our support team at support@rush.ph. We’ll guide you through the process and make sure everything is reinstalled correctly.

Restart the Device

Restarting your device refreshes the system and fixes small glitches.

  1. Press and hold the Power button.
  2. Tap Restart (or Power Off, then turn it back on).
  3. Open the RUSH Merchant app again.

Force Stop the App

This closes the app completely so it can restart fresh.

  1. Long press the RUSH Merchant app

  2. Tap App Info

  3. Tap Force Stop

  4. Reopen the app
