Customers can cancel their orders from the Web Store if the merchant will allow the cancellation from their CMS.
To cancel your order from the Web Store:
- Go to the Web Store of the brand/branch you ordered from
- Login to your account and go to My Orders.
- From the Upcoming Orders menu, look for the order you want to track
- Click the ‘View Order Details’ button
- Click View Order Details for a more detailed view of the order.
- From the Order Status view, customers can now click the Cancel Order button.
- Customers can also go to their Transaction History to confirm if their order was canceled.
