Canceling Orders for Customers

Customers can cancel their orders from the Web Store if the merchant will allow the cancellation from their CMS.

To cancel your order from the Web Store:

  1. Go to the Web Store of the brand/branch you ordered from
  2. Login to your account and go to My Orders.
  3. From the Upcoming Orders menu, look for the order you want to track
  4. Click the ‘View Order Details’ button
  5. Click View Order Details for a more detailed view of the order.
  6. From the Order Status view, customers can now click the Cancel Order button.
  7. Customers can also go to their Transaction History to confirm if their order was canceled.
