Checking Customer Details | RUSH Help Center

Customer details are readily available in the RUSH CMS - here's a quick guide on how you may access them!

Follow the simple steps below:

  1. Log in to CMS.
  2. Go to the Customers Module > Customer tab.
  3. Once you’ve already clicked it, you will see the following information:

Note: You’ll see a pencil button on this column; once you click it, you will see the following information:


Below are the details you can see in the customer profiles:

  • Membership ID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Mobile number
  • Registration Channel
  • Delete Account Channel
  • Delete Account Date & Time
  • Action



Customer Transaction History

Customer Transaction History shows all reports for the customer, including the sales and the date of the transaction.

  1. Log in to CMS 
  2. Go to Customer Module 
  3. Go to Customer Tab 
  4. Then on the corner right click the pencil button.
  5. Go to the Transaction History tab. 

Note: You can also export this information by clicking the export button in the upper right corner.


If you’ve mistakenly or if you want to undo/delete earned, you can choose to void it by clicking “X Void” on customer transaction history tab. Find the correct transaction no. then click “X Void”, the earned points will then be deducted on the customer account.

Transaction History for all Channels Transaction including points system. As a business owner, it is important to keep track of all transactions made on your platform. This helps you to monitor the financial health of your business and identify any discrepancies or errors in the transactions. 

One of the best ways to access transaction history on your CMS is through the Customer Module then head to the Transaction History tab. This tab will display the summary of current year and month earn transactions, current month and year redeem transaction (for loyalty function only). 


The following data will be displayed as well in tabular format, such as:


  • Date and time
  • Customer Name
  • Card No. (N/A if not applicable)
  • Guest (No data if not applicable)
  • Mobile Number
  • Registration Date 
  • Points Mechanics (For loyalty function only)
  • Transaction ID


The loyalty function gives points and allows paying with points. The reference number to be inputted will be the transaction ID found on the 'Transaction History' tab. Reference number on the merchant app is Transaction ID on CMS.


  • Transaction Type
  • Transaction Amount
  • Points Earned (for loyalty function with points system set up)
  • Employee ID
  • Employee Name
  • Reward Redeemed
  • Reward Price 
  • Date and time of refund request
  • Requested the refund
  • Date and Time Refund Sent
