Customer App (eStore)

The eStore mobile app provides your customers with a convenient way to shop for products and manage their account.

As a user of the eStore mobile app, the first thing they need to do, if they haven't already, is register for an account. This involves providing their personal details and creating a password. However, if they already have an account, they can simply log in using their username and password.

In case they forgot their password, there's no need to worry, as the app offers a "Forgot Password" button that enables them to reset it quickly and easily. Moreover, they have the option to continue browsing the app as a guest, but once they add a product to their cart, they will be prompted to sign up or log in.

Once they are logged in, they will be directed to the home screen, where they can start shopping. The eStore mobile app offers a range of features to enhance your shopping experience, such as:

Home Screen

The home screen of the eStore mobile app is where the customer can access a variety of features and options to enhance their shopping experience. Upon launching the app, they will be directed to the home screen, which displays the following:

  • Location: This is where the customer can pin their location. Please note that it’s highly advisable to pin down the exact location. If the location is not on the map, move the cursor to the nearest landmark or  location.
  • Search Tab: This is where the customer can search by brand, branch, or product.
  • Banner: The created eStore banner will be displayed here.
  • Categories: The customized design in the web's advanced settings will be displayed here.
  • What’s nearby: All nearby branch(es) and brand(s) will be displayed here.




For instance, the news tab allows the customer to stay updated with the latest product releases, discounts, and promotions. This is where your created news can be seen and checked.




The map tab provides a convenient way to locate the nearest store or pick-up point for online orders.




Finally, the account tab gives the customer access to their account information, transaction history, and other settings. The following options are available in the account tab:

  • Transaction history: This is where customers can view their transaction history.
  • My Orders: This is where customers can track their orders.
  • Notifications: Customers can check their transactional and engagement in-app notifications here.
  • Help & Support: This is where customers can send feedback and check the terms of use and privacy policies of your e-store.
  • Settings: On this tab, customers can update their personal details such as their profile, password, email address, and mobile number.
  • Mechanics: The created mechanics and guidelines via CMS will be displayed here.
  • Log out: If the customer wants to log out or end their browsing session.
