Customer Order Checkout | RUSH Help Center
Customers can access their order by clicking the Cart icon on the upper right corner of their screen. Once they click it, they have the option to view the Cart or proceed to Checkout.
If they click checkout, they need to fill out the following:
- Delivery details (address)
- Logistic type
- Promo code (if available)
- Payment method
After reviewing the order, they can now click “Place Order”.
Once the customer places their order, they will receive an SMS notification and email confirmation.
They can also follow up on their order by simply clicking "View order details"
