Display eCard and Punch Card Available Actions

The Display eCard shows the customer’s punch card stamps and available rewards. On the back of the card, customers can view their QR code, remaining stamps to collect, reward validity, terms and conditions, and claimed rewards.

This section also allows you to:

How to Void Stamp

RUSH MMA step-by-step visual guide for voiding a rewarded stamp, starting by viewing a customers ecard, tapping Void Stamp, selecting the stamp to void, and confirming.
  1. Go to Display eCard.
  2. Tap the Void Stamp icon below the eCard.
  3. Tap the X or Remove icon on the stamp you want to void.
  4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Note: You can only void generic stamps—those that are not milestones and do not have rewards attached.


How to Deactivate Punch Card

RUSH MMA step-by-step visual guide to deactivate a customer's punch card campaign, starting by going to the customer's eCard, tapping Deactivate, then confirming.

  1. Go to the Display eCard.
  2. Tap the Deactivate icon below the eCard.
  3. Tap Deactivate to confirm.

A notification will appear confirming that the participant’s status has been successfully updated to Deactivated.


How to Reactivate Punch Card

RUSH MMA step-by-step visual guide to reactivate a customer's punch card campaign, going to the My Rush Campaigns menu, tapping on the deactivated campaign, and tapping Reactivate to confirm.

  1. Go to the Punch Card tab.
  2. Tap the deactivated punch card campaign.
  3. Tap Reactivate to confirm.

The campaign will be reactivated immediately, allowing the customer to continue earning stamps.
