If your customers need to update or change their profile, here are the simple steps they can do.
- They need to log in to their account by entering their mobile number and 4-digit PIN.
- Click the "Account" tab on the lower right of the screen.
- Got to Settings. > Once you’ve already clicked this, you will see the following choices on your screen:
- You can change or update your first name and your last name.
- You can also update your company information on this module.
Change Pin:
You can change your 4-digit PIN in this module.
You just have to enter your old pin followed by your new pin and confirm it, then click the save button.
Email Address:
You can change your email address in this module. You just want to click the "change button" and proceed to change or update your email address.
Mobile number:
You can also change your mobile number in this tab. You just have to click the "Change Mobile Number" button and enter your 4-digit pin to proceed. After that, you can now change your mobile number.
