How Customers Can Update Profile Information

Editing Profile

If your customers need to update or change their profile, here are the simple steps they can follow:

  1. Log in to their account
    They need to enter their registered mobile number and 4-digit PIN.
  2. Navigate to the "Account" tab
    Once logged in, they should tap the "Account" tab located at the lower right corner of the screen.
  3. Access Settings
    From the Account tab, they should go to Settings. Upon tapping this, the following options will be available: Edit Profile, Change PIN, Email Address, Mobile Number, and Delete Account.

 

 

Change PIN

Customers can change their 4-digit PIN by:

  • Entering their current PIN
  • Setting a new PIN
  • Confirming the new PIN
    They must then click Save to complete the process.

Update Email Address

To update their email address, customers should:

  • Click the "Change" button beside the email field
  • Enter and confirm their new email address
    Note: Verified email addresses will allow customers to receive your email blasts and transaction notifications.

Change Mobile Number

To change their mobile number:

  • Customers need to click the "Change Mobile Number" button
  • Enter their 4-digit PIN to proceed
  • Input and confirm the new mobile number

Delete Account
Customers can delete their account by following these steps:

  1. From the Settings menu, tap Delete Account.
  2. They will only be able to proceed if there are no pending orders or transactions on their account.
  3. If eligible, confirm the deletion to permanently remove the account.
