Feedback
Customer feedback is an essential feature of the CMS. It would show that as a business, you value your customers' opinions. Note that this is only applicable on the customer app.
- Log in to CMS
- Go to Customer Module
- Click Feedback tab
- Click "Create New Topic."
- Then provide the necessary information.
- Click the save button after providing the necessary information.
You can also export your customer feedback; just follow the instructions below:
- Log in CMS.
- Customer Module
- Feedbacks Tab
- Click Export. (Make sure to adjust the date that you want to extract.)
Note: The file will be automatically saved on your device.
