Managing Customer Feedback

Customer feedback is essential to any business - and is convenient feature of the CMS. Note that can only be accessed by merchants with a Customer App in their subscription.

  1. Log in to CMS
  2. Go to Customer Module
  3. Click Feedback tab
  4. Click "Create New Topic."
  5. Then provide the necessary information.
  6. Click the save button after providing the necessary information.


You can also export your customer feedback; just follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in CMS.
  2. Customer Module
  3. Feedbacks Tab
  4. Click Export. (Make sure to adjust the date that you want to extract.)

Note: The file will be automatically saved on your device.
