OrderPoint is your printing terminal that simplifies digital order management in your RUSH eStore. With it, you can receive orders, update statuses, and process transactions efficiently—one print at a time.
Printing Terminal
- OrderPoint instantly prints a receipt when a new order comes in—no extra steps required.
- To reprint a receipt, open the order summary and tap:
- The Print icon (top-right), or
- The Print Receipt button (bottom of Order Details)
- The receipt prints immediately and can be handed to staff for processing.
Order Tracking
- All incoming orders are viewable through the Orders Tab.
- Tap an order to open Order Details, where you can update the status to:
- Processing
- For Dispatch
- Delivered
- Cancelled
- Completed orders are automatically moved to Order History for easy tracking and reporting.
