As we join in the celebration of Chinese New Year, our team will be taking a short break from regular operations on February 17 (Tuesday). During this time, any tickets sent to support@rush.ph will be received and taken care of on the next business day February 18 (Wednesday).

Please don’t worry—if you experience any critical issues tagged as Showstoppers, our team will still work on resolving them right away in line with our agreed SLAs.

For our eStore merchant partners, we also kindly ask for your understanding, as there may be fewer delivery riders available to support your order fulfillment during this period.
