As we join in the celebration of Eid al-Adha (The Feast of Sacrifice), a cherished holiday for Muslims worldwide, we wanted to let you know that RUSH will be taking a short break from business operations on Friday, June 6, 2025.
All tickets raised via support@rush.ph and chats sent via CMS will be addressed starting June 9, 2025 (Thursday). However, critical issues tagged as "Showstopper" will continue to be resolved immediately, in line with their respective SLA.
We also encourage our eStore merchant partners to anticipate limited rider availability for order fulfillment during the holiday.
