In observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, the government has declared the October 31, 2025 (Friday) as a special non-working day.
During this date, normal business operations will be temporarily suspended. All tickets raised via support@rush.ph will be addressed on the next business day, November 3, 2025 (Monday).
However, critical issues tagged as Showstopper will still be resolved immediately, following the appropriate SLAs.
Additionally, we encourage our eStore merchant partners to anticipate a limited number of delivery riders available to fulfill orders during this period.
