How to export data from CMS?

Transaction History Summary and Data Display


One of the best ways to access transaction history on your CMS is through the Customer Module then head to the Transaction History tab. This tab will display the summary of current year and month earn transactions, current month and year redeem transaction (for loyalty function only)


The following data will be displayed in tabular format, such as:

  • Date and time
  • Customer Name
  • Card No. (N/A if not applicable)
  • Guest (No data if not applicable)
  • Mobile Number
  • Registration Date 
  • Points Mechanics (For loyalty function only)
  • Transaction ID

 

The loyalty function gives points and allows paying with points. The reference number to be inputted will be the transaction ID found on the 'Transaction History' tab. Reference number on the merchant app is Transaction ID on CMS.

  • Transaction Type
  • Transaction Amount
  • Points Earned (for loyalty function with points system set up)
  • Employee ID
  • Employee Name
  • Brand
  • Branch
  • Reward Redeemed
  • Reward Price 




 

Customer History Summary and Data Display


Go to Customer module>Customer tab to check the summary of customer registration numbers for the current month and year.



The following data will be displayed as well in tabular format, such as:

  • Membership ID (No data if not applicable)
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Mobile Number
  • Registration Channel
  • Deleted Account Channel
  • Deleted Account Date and Time
  • Action


Guide on How to Export Transaction and Customer History on CMS


Getting transaction data directly through email in CSV format is a convenient way to access and analyze customer transactions effortlessly, eliminating the manual checking process each time. 

 

Export Transaction History

  1. Log in to CMS
  2. Go to Customer Module
  3. Go to Transaction History Tab
  4. Click Export button

The data exported will appear in the same tabular format displayed on the CMS, with two exceptions:  

  • Guest name is not included. 
  • Additional data such as 'Current Total Points' and 'OR Number' will be included.

 


Export Customer History

  1. Log in to CMS
  2. Go to Customer Module
  3. Go to Customers Tab
  4. Click Export Button

 

Note on Exported Data: The data exported will appear in the same tabular format displayed on the CMS, with two exceptions:  

 

  • Deleted Account Channel, Deleted Account Date & Time  and Action are not included.
  • Additional data such as ‘Birthdate’, ‘Gender’, ‘Referral Code’, ‘Registration Branch Name’, ‘Date of Registration’, ‘Country’, ‘Province’, ‘City’, ‘Zipcode’, ‘Text1’, ‘Text2’, ‘Text3’, ‘Text4’, ‘Text5’, ‘Civil Status’, ‘Address 1’, ‘Address 2’ and ‘Card Number’


 

You’will receive the data on the email used prior to logging in. Download the CSV/XLSX attachment and open it using a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another application that supports CSV/XLSX format.

 

Checking specific customer history and exporting the data 

  1. Log in to CMS 
  2. Go to Customer Module 
  3. Go to Customer Tab 
  4. Then on the corner right click the pencil button.
  5. Go to the Transaction History tab. 

You can also export this information by clicking the export button in the upper right corner.
