How to Confirm Refunds

When a customer cancels their order, you can easily check if a refund has been requested by following these steps:

Steps to Verify Refunds

  1. Log in to CMS.

  2. Go to the Orders module.

  3. Open the Delivery & Pickup tab.

  4. Check the Refund columns for all the details.Table showing reward refund details, including amounts and status.

What the Refund Columns Mean?

Column

Description

Date and Time of Refund Request
  • Shows when the refund was requested or triggered.
Requested the Refund
  • Indicates who canceled the order (e.g., Customer, you or an employee via the Merchant App)
Date and Time Refund Sent
  • Shows when the refund has been successfully processed
  • Usually starts at 10:00 pm the same day the transaction gets cancelled.
