How to Manage Punch Cards in the RUSH Merchant App?

Empower your frontliners to easily issue stamps and rewards using the RUSH Merchant App. With just a few taps, you can track customer progress and manage campaign participation in real-time.

Steps to Manage Punch Card:

  1. Log in to the RUSH Merchant App.
  2. Tap the More tab.
  3. Select Customer Info.
  4. Enter the customer’s mobile number, then tap Login.
  5. Tap Punch Card to view and manage their stamp campaigns.

Upon accessing the Punch Card, you'll see the My RUSH Stamps section, which shows the campaigns the customer has joined, their reward details, stamp progress, and validity period.



Punch Card Actions:

  • Issue Stamp – Add stamps to a customer’s card
  • Issue Reward – Grant earned rewards
  • Display eCard – View stamp progress and manage campaign participation
  • Void Stamp – Remove an incorrect or mistakenly issued stamp

  • Deactivate Punch Card – Temporarily disable a customer’s punch card

  • Reactivate Punch Card – Re-enable a previously deactivated punch card
