How to Place an Order on an eStore mobile app?

In this article we’ll provide you the step-by-step guide on how you can place an order on the e-store mobile app as a customer.

Please see the steps below:


Step 1: Log in to your account

The first thing you need to do is log in to your account. If you haven't created an account yet, you will need to register first. Once you've logged in, you'll be directed to the home screen of the app.


Step 2: Search for the product you want

To find the product you want to purchase, use the search bar located at the top of the screen. You can search by brand, branch, or product. If you're not sure what you're looking for, you can also browse by product categories.


Step 3: Pin your location

Before you select a branch, you need to pin your location. This ensures that you are shown the nearest available branch. Click on the location tab and pin your exact location. If you cannot find your exact location, move the pin to the nearest landmark or location.


Step 4: Choose a branch

On the "What's Nearby" tab, you will see a list of branches and brands near your location. Select your preferred store, and the available products in that store will be displayed.


Step 5: Add products to your cart

Once you've selected your preferred store, you can start adding products to your cart. To do this, simply click on the product you want to purchase and select the quantity you want to order. Once you've added all the items you want to purchase, click on the shopping cart icon to review your order.

 

Before checking out, customers must review their order to make sure they have everything they need. They can also apply any promo codes or discounts at this stage, but this will only be applicable if there is an ongoing promotion.

Customers can choose a payment method and has the option to add notes if they want. Once the customer is ready to checkout, they should click on the "Checkout" button, which will direct them to the payment page.
