With the Christmas and New Year holidays approaching, we’d like to give our partner merchants a heads-up that normal business operations will be temporarily paused on the following dates:
During these dates, all tickets submitted via support@rush.ph and chats through the CMS will be addressed on the next business day (December 26 and January 2, respectively). Please note that critical issues tagged as Showstopper will still be prioritized and resolved immediately, following the applicable SLAs. We also advise our eStore merchant partners to anticipate a limited number of delivery riders available during this period, which may affect order fulfillment timelines.
