Managing Your Store's Operating Hours

For brands with wider coverage or dependent on the schedule of the establishment they're leasing from, the operating hours may vary. With RUSH eStore, managing store hours on a per branch level should be easy and hassle free!

What Do Customers See on the App or Website?

Customer can view the status of a store


On the app or website, customers will see the current status of the store:

  • Open – Store is available for browsing and ordering.
  • Closed – Store is not accepting orders at the moment.
  • Temporarily Closed – Store is unavailable for a short period.
With Cut-off Time – A message will appear (e.g., "Order must be placed before 8:00 PM today") if there's a time limit for placing orders.


How Do I Configure Store Hours via the Content Management System (CMS)?

  1. Log in to your CMS.
  2. Go to the Store module.
  3. Under the Organization tab, find the branch you want to edit.
  4. Click the pencil icon on the right side.
  5. In the pop-up, scroll down to Store Hours.
  6. Set your Opening and Closing times.
    • The store will show as Closed before opening and after closing.
    • To keep the store open 24 hours, set 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
  7. Click Save Changes. You’ll see a notification once saved.

 


How Do I Configure Store Hours via the Merchant Mobile App (MMA)?

  1. Open the RUSH Merchant Mobile App. Go to More > Settings.
  2. Tap Store Hours.
  3. Select the day you want to edit.
  4. Set the Opening and Closing times.
  5. To temporarily close the store, turn on Temporarily Closed.
  6. Set the Cutoff Time if needed. This tells customers the latest time they can place orders.
Click Save Changes, then confirm by tapping Yes.
