Managing Store Hours

For brands with wider coverage or dependent on the schedule of the establishment they're leasing from, the operating hours may vary. With RUSH eStore, managing store hours on a per branch level should be easy and hassle free!

How to configure the Store Hours via CMS?


Nearest Open
  1. Login to CMS.
  2. Go to Store module.
  3. The Organization tab lists down all of your branches. (If you are a multi-brand, the branches will be grouped according to the brands they are tagged to.)
  4. Look for the branch that you want to edit.
  5. Scroll to your right and click on the pencil icon to configure the settings. Clicking the pencil icon will open the Edit Branch pop-up.
  6. On the Edit Branch pop-up, scroll down to Store Hours.
  7. Input the schedule of your stores.
    • Opening Hour - Branch will be displayed as Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels) before the selected opening hour.
    • Closing Hour - Branch will be displayed as Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels) after the selected closing hour.
    • Temporarily Closed - Selecting this will display the branch as Temporarily Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels). 
    • Cutoff Time - The schedule inputted in this field will be used as the basis for the display that will be seen by Customers. (e.g. "Order must be placed before 8:00 PM today"). Customers will not be allowed to check out after the cutoff time.
  8. Click Save Changes. The Edit Branch pop-up will close and you will get a notification if the changes were successfully applied or not.

You can set up a store to be open for 24 hours by selecting 12:00 AM as opening time and 11:59 PM as closing time.


How to configure the Store Hours via Merchant App?


  1. Login to Merchant App with your Employee ID and PIN.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Input the schedule of the store for the day.
    • Opening Hour - Branch will be displayed as Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels) before the selected opening hour.
    • Closing Hour - Branch will be displayed as Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels) after the selected closing hour.
    • Temporarily Closed - Selecting this will display the branch as Temporarily Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels). 
    • Cutoff Time - The schedule inputted in this field will be used as the basis for the display that will be seen by Customers. (e.g. "Order must be placed before 8:00 PM today"). Customers will not be allowed to check out after the cutoff time.
  4. Click Save Changes

How to configure the Store Hours via Merchant Mobile App?

  1. Go to More tab and choose Settings
  2. Click on Store Hours
  3. Choose which day you would like to update
  4. Set up the Opening and Closing time of your store 
  5. Once all changes are made, click ‘Save Changes’
  6. Confirm all changes by clicking ‘Yes’ in the confirmation prompt
