eStore Order Fulfillment Options

This article gives an overview of the different order fulfillment methods available to Customers when checking out.

In this section:



Deliver Now

The Order will be delivered to the Customer as soon as it is ready. You can book a third-party logistics rider directly from your CMS or RUSH Merchant app by clicking the Book a Rider button. With this option, you can take advantage of our exclusive partner rate with Grab. You can also book from other order third-party logistics providers (prevailing delivery rates apply) or mobilize your own delivery team.

Customers can select this upon checkout via:


Web Store, and App - choose Deliver Now from the Delivery Type drop down menu



Pick Up Now

The Order will be collected by the Customer once it is ready. Customers can collect their orders by themselves, through a representative, or through a delivery rider/ logistics partner.


Customers can select this upon checkout via:


Web Store, and App - choose Pick Up from the Delivery Type drop down menu 



Scheduled Delivery

Orders will be delivered on the Customer’s selected date and time. You can control the delivery schedule and other settings for this option from the Order Fulfillment Module of your CMS.


Customers can select this upon checkout via:


Web Store, and App 

  1. Select Scheduled Delivery from the Delivery Type drop down menu
  2. Select the preferred Delivery Date
  3. Select the Delivery Time

Scheduled Pick Up

Orders will be collected from the store on the Customer’s selected date and time. You can control the available store pick-up schedule and other settings for this option from the Order Fulfillment Module of your CMS.


Customers can select this upon checkout via:


Web Store, and App 

  1. Choose Scheduled Pickup from the Delivery Type drop down menu
  2. Select the preferred Pick-up Date
  3. Select the Pick-up Time
