Privilege Card – Issuing Rewards and Vouchers via the RUSH Merchant App 

With the Privilege Card program, you can issue both rewards and vouchers to your customers directly through the RUSH Merchant App. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process.

Issuing a Reward

  1. Open the RUSH Merchant App  and go to the More tab.

  2. Tap Customer Info.

  3. Enter your customer’s mobile number.

  4. Under the Customer Info menu, select Issue Reward.

  5. A list of available rewards will be displayed.

  6. Choose the reward your customer would like to redeem.

  7. Tap Claim Reward.

  8. Ask the customer to enter their 4-digit PIN.

  9. Once successful, a “Reward Claimed” notification will appear.

The reward is now issued and reflected in the customer’s account.

Issuing a Voucher

  1. Open the RUSH Merchant App and go to the More tab.

  2. Tap Customer Info.

  3. Enter your customer’s mobile number.

  4. Under the Customer Info menu, select Vouchers Catalogue.

  5. From the dropdown menu, choose the customer’s Privilege Card number, then tap Confirm.

  6. On the top-right corner, tap Select.

  7. Pick the voucher you would like to issue.

  8. Tap Confirm.

  9. Tap the Redeem Voucher button.

  10. A message will appear: “Voucher successfully redeemed.”

The voucher is now issued and available in the customer’s account.
