Using the Loyalty Rewards Module

The Rewards Module helps you design the perfect rewards system for your loyal customers - keeping them engaged with your business, while at the same time delighting them with your service.

On Rewards Module, you can create either:

  • Free
  • Points
  • Voucher
  • Instant Gratification

FREE Rewards

From the word itself, the reward is free to redeem across the customer channels, depending on availability. To create:


  1. Click +New Rewards
  2. On Reward details, choose the Reward type, and fill in your preferred Reward name, Reward image, Reward description. 
  3. You can toggle on and off How to Redeem and Terms and Conditions and supply your instruction and mechanics for redemption.
  4. Provide the field for the Reward label
  5. You can set up a Duration of the Reward. You may adjust the date range depending on your preference. 
  6. Update the Redemption frequency of the reward. With this, you can limit the daily redemption on Unlimited and limit the total redemption on Limited. 
  7. Choose the Availability of your reward. Depending on your subscription with RUSH, the reward may be connected to a privilege card or membership tier, or it may be BAU, which is open to all loyalty customers.
  8. Lastly, choose the Visibility of the reward. If you have multiple customer contact channels, you may choose whether or not you want the rewards to be made accessible on each channel.

POINTS Rewards

A corresponding point is required for the customer to redeem rewards through your available customer channels. To create: 


  1. Click +New Rewards
  2. On Reward details, choose the Reward type, and fill in your preferred Reward name, Reward image, Reward description. 
  3. You can toggle on and off How to Redeem and Terms and Conditions and supply your instruction and mechanics for redemption.
  4. Supply the Reward Value. This is the reward's monetary value after redemption.
  5. Fill in the Points field. This is the corresponding value of the reward when claiming.
  6.  Provide the quantity of the rewards on the Inventory field. It may also be unlimited. 
  7. You can set up a Duration of the Reward. You may adjust the date range depending on your preference. 
  8. Update the Redemption frequency of the reward.
  9. Choose the Availability of your reward. Depending on your subscription with RUSH, the reward may be connected to a privilege card or membership tier, or it may be BAU, which is open to all loyalty customers.
  10. Lastly, choose the Visibility of the reward. If you have multiple customer contact channels, you may choose whether or not you want the rewards to be made accessible on each channel.

VOUCHERS Rewards

With Vouchers, you can create a reward either an item based or a value based which will have a generic QR or code which your customers can take advantage of. To create this: 

  1. Click +New Rewards
  2. On Reward details, choose the Reward type and voucher type, and fill in your preferred Reward name, Reward image, Reward description. 
  3. You can toggle on and off How to Redeem and Terms and Conditions and supply your instruction and mechanics for redemption.
  4. You can set up a Duration of the Reward. You may adjust the date range depending on your preference. 
  5. Update the Redemption frequency of the reward.
  6. Choose the Availability of your reward. Depending on your subscription with RUSH, the reward may be connected to a privilege card or membership tier, or it may be BAU, which is open to all loyalty customers.

INSTANT GRATIFICATION Rewards

In this reward, there’s a unique code for every customer redemption that can be auto issued or merchant issued. To create: 


  1. Click +New Rewards
  2. On Reward details, choose the Reward type, and fill in your preferred Reward name, Reward image, Reward description. Choose as well what type of Instant Gratification and Issue type.
  1. Instant Gratification type
    1. Points - once the customer redeemed the reward, points will be given to the customer. 
    2. Rewards - once the customer redeemed the reward, reward itself will be given to the customer.
  2. Issue type
    1. Auto issued - the reward code will be given automatically to the customer
    2. Merchant issued - the reward code will be given to the customer once approved on the merchant app. 
  1. You can toggle on and off How to Redeem and Terms and Conditions and supply your instruction and mechanics for redemption.
  2. Download the format for Upload Codes and import the file once you supplied the file with voucher codes. 
  3. Update the Redemption frequency of the reward. With this, you can limit the daily redemption on Unlimited and limit the total redemption on Limited. 
  4. Choose the Availability of your reward. Depending on your subscription with RUSH, the reward may be connected to a privilege card or membership tier, or it may be BAU, which is open to all loyalty customers.
