Rewards Catalogue for Your Customers

These are the products/services that registered customers can redeem in exchange for the points that they have earned.

You can create a reward by going to the Rewards Tab:

1. Click +New Reward button
2. On Reward Details
   1. Reward Type: Choose if it’s  Free, Points, Voucher or Instant Gratification
   2. Upload image of the Reward
   3. Reward Description - you can provide a description about the reward mechanics 
3. How to Redeem - provide a step by step procedure on how customers can redeem the reward.
4. Add Terms & Conditions for the rewards.
5. Add Reward Label.
6. Select Reward Duration - the validity date of the reward
7. Select Redemption Frequency - unlimited or limited (can be daily, weekly or monthly)
8. Availability - Choose if its BAU, Privilege Card Bundle, or Membership Tier redemption only
9. Visibility - select the applicable channels
10. Category

You can let your Customers browse all available rewards using the Rewards Catalogue function in the Merchant App. All of the rewards you set up via CMS are visible here.

Customers can also use this feature to redeem the reward of their choice if they are already in-store.

To view and redeem available rewards using the Rewards Catalogue:

1. Open the RUSH Merchant App and hit Customer Info
2. Input the Customer’s mobile number
3. Click Rewards Catalogue 
4. The Customer can now browse through the rewards list and select the reward he wants to redeem
5. Click Redeem on the reward
6. The Customer will now be deducted the points equivalent to the amount indicated for the reward
