Expanded Pandago delivery
Great news for eStore users: pandago, one of RUSH's logistics partners, can now handle deliveries within a 10km radius (previously 7km). This means you can serve a wider area and maximize sales without changing a thing in your operations. More distance, same seamless experience.
Cancel Order button
Customers make mistakes. Whether it's a wrong item, a change of heart, or a simple slip-up, customers appreciate the ability to fix things fast. With the new Cancel Order button, they can now cancel their orders directly—no back-and-forth needed with your team!
To activate this feature, go to your CMS' Settings Module > Cancel Order Button section. From there, you can:
- enable or disable the cancel option
- set how long it stays available after an order is placed
- specify cancellation reasons your customers can select
