We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of a temporary change in the availability of RUSH iOS applications on the Apple App Store.
As part of an ongoing review process initiated by Apple, our developer account is currently undergoing revalidation. Consequently, effective June 1, 2025, all RUSH-powered eStore and Loyalty applications are temporarily unavailable for new downloads and updates on iOS devices.
Please be assured of the following:

Current users of your iOS application may continue to use it without interruption — eStore customers may still place orders, and Loyalty users may continue to earn and redeem rewards.

New users will not be able to download the app during this interim period.

All application data remains secure and unaffected.

Your Android application and web platform remain fully operational and are not impacted by this change.
We are working in close coordination with Apple to facilitate a timely resolution and restore full iOS availability as soon as possible. Please note that the duration of this process depends on Apple's internal timelines, which may vary.
To help ensure the long-term stability of your mobile presence, we are actively evaluating alternative publishing strategies, including:

Transitioning future app deployments to a dedicated RUSH-managed Apple Developer account; and

Supporting merchants in establishing their own Apple Developer accounts in line with Apple’s guidelines for branded applications.
At this time, no immediate action is required on your part. A Business Development Manager from our team will reach out shortly to provide further information, including details on service continuity and applicable support measures.
