Your customers can view their eStore order history under the My Orders section of the Account tab on the customer app.
Every order made by your loyal customers in the eStore, regardless of the channel used (web, GLife or customer app), will be logged here. This allows your customer to easily review any past or ongoing transactions.
To check the order history via customer app, follow these steps:
- Log in to your customer account.
- Click the account tab, at the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Click My Orders.
- The Upcoming tab displays all ongoing orders (processing, pending, or dispatch).
- The Past Orders tab displays all past orders (canceled or completed/delivered).
