Uploading Documents

To fast-track your onboarding, you may also start submitting your requirements via your CMS.

 

  1. Log-in to your RUSH CMS via the credentials sent to your registered email address.
  2. Click on Account Settings
  3. Click on Documents


Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Government issued ID with signature
    List of Acceptable Government-Issued Identification Cards (IDs)

    - e-Card / UMID

    - Driver’s License

    - Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

    - Passport

    - Senior Citizen ID

    - SSS ID

    - Philippine Identification (PhilID / ePhilID)

    - BIR (TIN)

    - Pag-ibig ID

    - Person’s With Disability (PWD) ID

    - Solo Parent ID

    - Phil-health ID


    * Within its validity period
  2. Tax Identification Number (TIN) for individual entities / BIR 2303 for corporate entities
  3. Bank details (this is mandatory for transaction payouts)

    - Bank Name

    - Branch

    - Account Number

    - Proof of Bank (such as a bank statement, bank certification, passbook, or screenshot of your mobile banking app showing your account details)

    These details are mandatory to ensure seamless transaction payouts.
