Ways to Issue a Stamp on Punch Card

You can issue stamps in four ways:

  • Send via mobile number
  • Scan the customer’s QR code
  • Generate a QR code
  • Generate a unique code

Note: If you issue more stamps than needed to complete the campaign, any excess will automatically be disregarded.


Issue Stamp via Mobile Number

  1. Tap Send via Mobile Number.
  2. Enter the number of stamps to issue.
  3. Tap Confirm.

A notification will appear once the stamp is successfully added. 

If the customer is not yet logged in, you’ll be prompted to enter their mobile number and MPIN.

Once completed, the stamp progress will update, and the corresponding stamp icons will appear based on the number of stamps issued.

Issue Stamp via Scan Customer’s QR Code

  1. Tap Scan Customer’s QR Code.
  2. Enter the number of stamps to issue.
  3. Tap Confirm.
  4. Place the customer’s QR code within the scan frame.

A notification will appear once the stamp has been successfully added.


Issue Stamp via Generate QR Code

  1. Tap Generate QR Code.
  2. Enter the number of stamps to issue.
  3. Tap Confirm.
  4. Ask the customer to scan the QR code within the validity time displayed.

A notification will appear once the stamp has been successfully added after the customer scans the QR code.

Issue Stamp via Generate Unique Code

  1. Tap Generate Unique Code.
  2. Enter the number of stamps to issue.
  3. Tap Generate.
  4. Ask the customer to enter the code within the validity time.
  5. Tap Validate Code.

A notification will appear once the stamp has been successfully added after the customer enters the code.

Note: The unique code is valid for one-time use only. If someone else attempts to use it, an "Invalid Code" prompt will appear.
