Why is my account Suspended?

If your account is suspended, it means that you have an unsettled monthly subscription fee.

Please be sure that the card you have enrolled has sufficient funds to cover your subscription with RUSH.

You can still log in to your CMS account. However, all other features are frozen. Your access is only limited to the “My Plan” tab, so you will be able to update the card you enrolled.
