Delivery Options on Customer App

This article gives an overview of the different order fulfillment methods available to Customers when checking out.

The logistics type that customers can choose on your customer app will depend on which delivery options are toggled on in your Order Fulfillment module on the CMS.

Deliver Now

The Order will be delivered to the Customer as soon as it is ready. You can book a third-party logistics rider directly from your CMS or RUSH Merchant app by clicking the Book a Rider button. With this option, you can take advantage of our exclusive partner rate with Grab. You can also book from other order third-party logistics providers (prevailing delivery rates apply) or mobilize your own delivery team. Choose Deliver Now from the Delivery Type drop-down menu

 

 

Pick Up Now

The Order will be collected by the Customer once it is ready. Customers can collect their orders by themselves, through a representative, or through a delivery rider/ logistics partner. Choose Pick Up from the Delivery Type drop-down menu 


 

 

Scheduled Delivery

Orders will be delivered on the Customer’s selected date and time. You can control the delivery schedule and other settings for this option from the Order Fulfillment Module of your CMS. To select this logistic option, the customer must follow the steps below:

  1. Select Scheduled Delivery from the Delivery Type drop-down menu
  2. Select the preferred Delivery Date
  3. Select the Delivery Time

 

Scheduled Pick Up

Orders will be collected from the store on the Customer’s selected date and time. You can control the available store pick-up schedule and other settings for this option from the Order Fulfillment Module of your CMS. To select this logistic option, the customer must follow the steps below:

  1. Choose Scheduled Pickup from the Delivery Type drop-down menu
  2. Select the preferred Pick-up Date
  3. Select the Pick-up Time
