Engage Your Customers with Smart Broadcasts
The Engagement module is a powerful marketing feature that helps you stay connected with your customers through SMS, push notifications, and email broadcasts.
Learn how to do the following
Creating a Broadcast
- From the Engagement Module > Broadcasting tab, click the Create Broadcast button on the upper-right side of the screen.

- Choose from the three available broadcast types:
- SMS Broadcast
A mass message sent via SMS (text message) to a group of recipients or target audience. This is ideal for reaching customers directly on their mobile phones for promotions, alerts, or important updates. - Email Broadcast
An email sent to multiple recipients or a target audience at once. It is commonly used for newsletters, promotional campaigns, announcements, or transactional updates. - Push Notification Broadcast
A notification sent directly to users’ devices (mobile app) via push notifications. These are often used for instant updates, reminders, promotions, or alerts to engage users in real-time.
- SMS Broadcast
