Understanding the Punch Card Logs in CMS
The Punch Card Logs section provides a centralized view of all your punch card campaigns. It helps you manage, monitor, and make quick changes to active and past loyalty campaigns.
Below is a breakdown of each key element found in the Punch Card Logs:
Search Bar
Quickly locate a specific campaign by typing its name in the Search bar and clicking the Search button. This is especially useful when managing multiple campaigns, allowing you to skip scrolling through long lists and immediately access the campaign you need.
Filter Option
Use filters to narrow down the list of campaigns based on their current status:
- Active
- Inactive
- Disabled
Filtering helps you focus only on the campaigns that are relevant at the moment, whether you're reviewing performance, troubleshooting, or planning updates.
Sort Option
Organize the campaign list by Date Created:
- Newest to Oldest – View your most recent campaigns first.
- Oldest to Newest – Useful for reviewing early campaigns or long-running programs.

Campaign Name

Members

Duration
Displays the timeframe during which each campaign is or was active:
- Lifetime – No set end date; the campaign runs continuously until manually deactivated.
- Date Range – Set to run within a specific start and end date.

Status
Indicates the current state of the campaign:
- Active – Campaigns that are currently live and earning punches from customers.
- Inactive – Campaigns that are no longer running because their duration has already expired. These can be extended or reactivated if needed.
- Disabled – Permanently stopped due to manual deactivation.

Icons on the right side of each campaign allow you to quickly manage or review campaigns:
